Director & Senior Manager - NNEB, FdA, BA EY, Lead Foundation Stage Practitioner
I have over 35 experience in early years. I began my career as an N.N.E.B-qualified Nursery Nurse and have since opened three settings. I am passionate about developing my staff team and working with parents to ensure high-quality care for all children.

Director - NVQ 2 & 3, FdA EY
I began my early years career in 2010. Since then I have progressed through attaining my FdA EY and becoming manager of our sister setting, Timbers Nursery School. I am keen to create joyful experiences often through cooking and creative play.

Nursery Manager - BSc (Hons), NVQ 3
I have worked with children for over 30 years, including with social services, family support & in early years. I prioritise the wellbeing of staff, families and children by fostering positive relationships and a true sense of belonging at St. Peters.

Barbara
Assistant Manager - BA (Hons), NVQ 3
I began working in early years in 2015, however have been at St. Peters since we opened in 2018. I have since gained a certificate in level 3 Makaton, as well as enhancing my knowledge in 'THRIVE'. I enjoy teaching children STEM in preparation for the wider world.

Deputy Manager - NVQ 3, SENDCo
I have over 19 years experience in early years, in a variety of age groups. In particular, I enjoy working with children with SEND and am keen to support families in doing so. I thrive on creating fun and engaging activities that promote awe and wonder.

Deputy Manager & Early Years Teacher - BSc (Hons), EYTS -Level 6
Having graduated university with a degree in geography, I am keen to teach children about the world around them. Through school placement experience, I am able to work closely with parents in preparing children for reception.

Business Manager & PA - NVQ 3
I combine strong organisational skills with a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. I play an active role in staff training, wellbeing and professional growth, helping to maintain a positive and reflective staff team.

Senior SENDCo - NVQ 3
I bring extensive experience in supporting children's individual learning journeys. I use a small-step approach to help children reach their goals and make meaningful progress. I provide direct support to ensure that children receive the guidance they need to thrive.
